May 19 to 20 in Washington DC May 21 to 29 in NE Ohio |
FFNEO completed its first Open World Exchange by giving home hospitality and Library Services and Civic Programming to four women delegates from Turkmenistan, each a director of Library Services in their country.
Open World is an independent government agency of the U.S. Congress. This program brings Eurasian government and civic leaders to the U.S. to work with their American counterparts during 10-day professional visits covering a specific area of interest and study to the delegates.
